According to 9to5Mac, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has said that the new iPad mini many have speculated on will likely be seeing a release this fall. Gurman also stated that Apple is working on a new iMac that uses Apple Silicon, to replace Intel-based 27-inch models, though there’s no tentative release date for this new iMac yet.

Gurman said the updated iPad mini will utilize the latest processor, possibly referring to Apple's A14 Bionic processor, which is currently used in the iPhone 12 and 4th generation iPad Air. The new iPad Mini's overall design is also said to be similar to the more current iPad Air models.
