Microsoft said the Android-powered Surface Duo 2 has a combined screen display of 8.3 inches and a 90Hz refresh rate for faster scrolling than the previous generation. In addition, the new folding phone comes in either a white (Glacier) or black (Obsidian) exterior and comes with a much-better three-camera system that includes a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, a 12-megapixel wide lens, and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
