Walmart's Onn-Branded TV Streaming Devices Now Available

According to 9to5Google, Walmart’s onn-branded 4K streaming hardware is now available for $30. It’s similar to the Apple TV box with Dolby audio support and 4K UHD output. The onn streaming appliance also supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. However, it looks like the device already is sold out online, so you’ll have to wait for a restock or check your nearest Walmart to see if it’s available in-store.

9to5Google also reports that an onn-branded full HD plug-in streaming stick version (similar to a Roku stick or an Amazon Fire TV stick) is currently only available in-store for $25, but will soon be available to purchase online, as well. Both versions run on the Android TV platform, an alternative to Apple TV that offers a way to get apps onto any capable TV set.
